Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Win a Norwegian cruise with P&O Cruises (the ‘Prize Draw). The organiser of the Prize Draw is Reach Publishing Services Limited, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E15 5AP (“Reach”, “us”, “we”, “our”). By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of Entry

1.  The Prize Draw opens at 12.01am on 1 October 2025 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 October 2025.

2.  Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3.  Open to all residents of the UK [including the channel islands and Isle of Man] who are 18 years and over, except:

a.  employees of Reach Plc and its group of companies (“Reach”) and sponsor Carnival Plc trading as P&O Cruises (“Sponsor”).

b. close relatives of any such employees; and/or

c. or anyone connected to the Prize Draw directly, professionally or through a close relative.

4.  Entries are limited to one per user regardless of the form of entry. Use of automated devices or methods of submission are not valid forms of entry.

5.  Reach will not be liable for any costs incurred by You in the submission process for this Prize Draw.

How to Enter

7.  Please enter and submit your full name and email address by means of the Prize Draw entry form.

Announcement of the Winners

8.  There will be one winner only. 

9.  The winner(s) will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received and shall be notified by P&O Cruises by email/telephone within 10 days of the closing date and will be required to supply details of a UK delivery address. If a winner has not responded after 28 days, an alternative winner will be drawn. The Sponsor, P&O Cruises, will deliver the prize. Reach and Sponsor reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. No purchase required. Void where prohibited.

 Prize

10.  The Sponsor is the prize sponsor and will be solely responsible for the provision of the prize to the winner. Reach is not responsible for any delay in the awarding of the prize as stated below.

11. The winners will be entitled to a 7-night cruise holiday for two adults (aged 18 and above) sharing a ‘GF grade’ Balcony cabin on board P&O Cruises ship ‘Iona’ travelling on G610 on 18 April 2026 until 25 April 2026 from Southampton, UK (the “Prize”). The Prize has a retail value of £2298 as of 11 September 2025, and is subject to change.

12. The Prize includes accommodation on-board, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants for which an additional charge will apply) and on-board entertainment. 

13. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance, meet all required travel requirements and obtain any vaccinations and visas required to take part in the prize. The winner and their guest are required to have adequate travel insurance as a condition of travel. P&O Cruises booking conditions will apply to the Prize. 14. Details of how to book the Prize will be provided to the winner by email. Booking of Prize must be made by the winner by [31 December 2025]. If the winner fails to book by this date P&O Cruises reserves the right to allocate the corresponding prize to another winner drawn in accordance with these terms.

15. Should the Prize become unavailable a substitute of equal value shall be provided by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their discretion, to replace Prize (or part thereof) with an alternative prize (or part thereof) of equal or higher value. In respect of a Prize, such alternative prize may take place on board a different vessel or during different dates if commercial considerations or other events outside the Promoter’s control require, such circumstances and events including, but not limited to, the cancellation or restriction of any Prize in accordance with any government-issued guidelines.

16. The prize does not include transportation to and from the winner and/or their guest’s homes to Southampton, travel insurance, drinks, spa treatments, use of ‘Retreat’ facility, shore excursions, luggage fees, personal expenses, or any other purchases made on board.

17. Participation in the Prize Draw may involve the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with Reach’s privacy policy (https://www.reachplc.com/content/dam/reach/corporate/PrivacyNotice_15_09_21.pdf). 

18. Any personal details collected will only be used to send the prize and not for any marketing purposes unless you have opted in to receive them.

19. Reach is a data Controller and may use your personal data as explained in our Privacy Notice. We may share your personal data with the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and for the purposes of prize fulfilment as well as with other third parties as set out in our Privacy Notice. Other Important Terms

20. The promoter and administrator of the Prize Draw is Reach. Reach reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) vary these Terms and Conditions; (ii) disqualify any submission that it has reason to believe breaches the rules, is fraudulent in any way or bring Reach into disrepute; and (iii) cancel the Prize Draw, at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control.

21. Reach, their sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, or malfunction or any other problem which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered.

22. None of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party.

23. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

24. Reach reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Prize Draw at any stage, at its absolute discretion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

25. No commercial gain can be made from using or referencing Reach brand, the Prize Draw itself or any other element of this Prize Draw.

26. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification or revision of the Prize.

27. The Sponsor is the prize sponsor of this Prize Draw and is not responsible for the promotion or administration of the Prize Draw.

28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

29. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are hereby bound by them when making an entry to this Prize Draw.
