Sensio Polar Pro with Kinetic Switch

I’m having issues with my new Sensio Polar Pro LEDS. I am using a dual kinetic switch to control the following: 

Right button: Kitchen Worktop (driver 1)

Left Button: Shelves left (driver 2) and Shelves right (driver 3)

The issue is it behaves fine for a while after resetting them and recalibrating the drivers with the kinetic switch but then all of a sudden one of the shelves will randomly turn off or another will change colour without me doing anything. I testing these before fitting and it was working fine. I’ve tried using the app and it works but I don’t want to have to rely on that every time I use the lights.

I’ve tried multiple driver resets/recalibrating kinetic switches. Sensio customer service are absolutely useless and just say I’m only able to have up to 2 drivers per switch but since it’s a DUAL switch surely the setup I want is still achievable?

I've no personal experience of them, but are you using Sensio's own Titan driver and kinetic switch? If so their insistence that you are only able to have up to 2 drivers "per switch" surely can't mean that you can't use a single driver with each gang of a double switch. If that was the case what the heck would be the point of the triple switch? Can that only be used with two drivers as well? What's the third switch for? Perhaps pointing this out will make them realise how silly they're being!

The setup looks great, BTW. As a perfectionist I'd have to caulk or tape the back of the joint where the pelmet is attached under the kitchen units, to prevent light shining through there....

Yes I’m using 3x Sensio Titans and 1x Sensio Kinetic switch. This is exactly the point I’m arguing with them at the moment! Their response was “Its two drivers in total across the total switch not either side.” Their “solution” is to use 2 separate single kinetic switches which is just pitiful for such a premium product. 

Ref the light shining through the pelmet don’t worry that’s on my “list of things to do” 😉

Ok getting absolutely no-where with their customer service who are absolutely incompetent. I’m having all kinds of issues with the lights intermittently not coming on or randomly changing colour despite numerous resets both on the driver and kinetic switch. I’ve ordered 2 single kinetic switches which will hopefully resolve the problem but what an incredibly poor design not being able to have full integration. Also the app is simply not fit for purpose which many features like “scene” simply just not working at all. Anyone reading this and considering purchasing Sensio I’d say it’s a hard pass!
