Smart Parking fine - Ok Diner

Hi,
I received a PCN at OK Diner (service station) from Smart Parking. Signage is up which states 'customer use only' which I believe your reg plate had to be entered inside.
I literally used the bathroom and images show my vehicle with arrival/exit times from 10:47 - 10:57.
Do I have any grounds for appeal? I've attached the letter and signage

No paying this scam. Just ignore them, as there is no real appeal for any IPC AOS member.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
