Good evening to you all.
Just like some clarification in relation to a parking charge, in Tesco's. Letter came this morning, its £70, reduced to £40 if paid in 14 days.
My questions are:
it doesn't mention POFA 2012. states this below.
"We now request this amount is paid using one of the payment methods described overleaf. If after 28 days we have not received full payment, we have the right to recover the parking charge amount that remains unpaid from the driver of the vehicle, further costs may be incurred".
As I don't have to legally name the driver, am I right to just ignore and let them threaten to issue the usual Bla Bla Bla

Many thanks I'll take a look, the site is Tesco's Extra Stockport, on the reverse of the Letter, also no mention of POFA, on the front of the letter, it does not stipulate NTK, what it does say is Parking Charge Do not Ignore this letter.0
