Terms & Conditions

 

1. Organizer of the Raffle
The contest is hosted by Flix SE, Friedenheimer Brücke 16, 80639 München, Germany, (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”) in partnership with UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Minors may participate with written consent from a legal guardian. Proof of consent must be provided upon request by the Organizer. 
2.2 Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and other individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle are excluded from participation.
2.3. Participants residing in Poland are excluded from this raffle due to legal restrictions. Entries from Poland will not be considered.

3. Participation Requirements
3.1 Participation in the raffle is free of charge and occurs by filling out a form.
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will not be considered.
3.3 By participating in the raffle, participants accept these terms and conditions.

4. The deadline to participate is the following:
Deadline for matches on 02.10.25 is 25.09.25, 23:59h CET

Deadline for matches on 23.10.25 is 17.10.25, 9:00h CET

5. Prize
5.1. Two First Class UEFA Europa League or UEFA Conference League tickets (hereinafter referred to as "Prize") and round-trip travel with FlixBus or FlixTrain, provided a connection with these transportation options is available, will be raffled.
5.2. If no FlixBus or FlixTrain connection is available for the journey to or from the event location, the winner will bear the costs for alternative travel arrangements.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services.
5.4 Accommodation and any other expenses are not included as part of the prize.
5.5 The prerequisite for the actual claiming of the prize if the participant is under the age of 18 is that the legal guardian of the winner must have given their consent to the organizer. In order to claim the prize, the winner undertakes to provide the following information and documents: Name, address and date of birth of the participant, name and address of the parents and their written declaration of consent. 

6. Disclaimer of Liability
6.1. The Organizer accepts no liability if the football match does not take place (e.g., due to cancellations, postponements, or force majeure).
6.2. The Organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, the Organizer is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the raffle.

7. Selection of Winners
7.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
7.2. Winners will be notified within 2 days after the end of the raffle deadline via email. If no response is received from the winner within 2 days, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

8. Data Protection
8.1. By clicking submit you consent that we process your name, email and country of residence for the participation in the raffle. Legal basis is Art. 6 para.1 lit. a GDPR.

9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For participants from abroad, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence remain unaffected.

11. The organizer reserves the right to modify or suspend the raffle and the prize draw in whole or in part or suspend it without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

 

12. In some cases, stadiums or clubs do not allow guests under the age of 18. If the winner is under the age of 18, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner in this case.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
