    Great stuff!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Did Moorside send anyone to the second hearing?

Property owner has permits from PCM, the low cost to buy one far outweighs the hassle of a PCN, despite not needing one

Not sure I agree, if the owner has a demised bay. PCM must let you opt out, so do that now and warn them you'll sue them if they go near any cars, take photos or issue PCNs in that bay.

Send them a cease and desist letter.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Thy never sent anyone or even a witness statement.

"Demised bay" - Not a specific bay but any space on the site

I have to do some follow up, which will show up in some threads I will create shortly

Thanks again for the help, I now feel a LOT more comfortable when dealing with these things, and talk to people about the good fight whenever someone I know gets a ticket

As expected. What are you going to do now to get them kicked off site? Because they can carry on as just as they were.

I was contemplating fraud, since it's an unlawful demand for non existent civil debt. Still reading up to see if it'll stick and also how to get the process started. I'm hoping it doesn't require a self funded effort. Any thoughts about trespass on goods attached to a breach of quiet enjoyment?

Sounds like you'd need a solicitor. Does your house insurance include Legal Cover? Free advice, and letters too.
