Can I claim the child element of UC if the children will be living with me 50% of the time? Currently living with STBX and want to move into rental and have the kids 50% off the time.
STBX won't be needing to apply for UC as they are on a good wage. I'm working part time. They are not willing to move out but that's a different story.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
