I am trying to send N180 form to BWLegal but have received an auto-response which is attached. Email address I have used is info@bwlegal.co.uk and customerinfo@bwlegal.co.uk.
Any idea what to do now?

I know that one of the following email addresses (I suspect the disputeresolution one, but can't be sure) got through to them, since they included a copy of the email in their witness statement evidence
contact@bwlegal.co.uk; disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk; parking@bwlegal.co.uk
However, they will very likely add you to a blocklist if you do succeed in getting an email through, as they did to me (the messages below show clearly that this is a blocklist-derived error)
They want you to register on their portal and in that way, acknowledge that you are their "customer", which I would not do. I'm not their customer.
I was forced to correspond with them exclusively by Royal Mail. This firm is highly obstructive in everything they do.1
