Kent Reliance Isa transfer to Zopa

The letter from KR advising maturity instructions took over 6 days to arrive after being sent on 15 September, and I only opened it after we got home from holiday on Sunday. It matured yesterday into another 2 year fix, at 4%.
I'm thinking the easiest place to shift it would be Zopa as I have a smart save account and an existing ISA with £20K from last year which is due to mature in early October.
Has anybody had experience of transfers into Zopa from Kent Reliance? I'm now within a 14 day cooling off period with KR, and potential transfer in could take 15 days. I am able to apply to do the transfer via their app, hopefully not relying on paper records being required.
Transfers outside the 14 day window will incur an interest charge, which is annoying since it's not my fault that I received maturity options late.

Looking at their product options online, they don't seem to have an easy access product. Only one on offer other than the maturity option I have is a 1 year fix at 4.05%Make £2025 in 2025

I've put a request to transfer about 75% to Zopa. If I get penalised I'll take it up with KR. I did call them earlier today to get details of the sort code and account number and I'm guessing they have their call centre overseas.Make £2025 in 2025
