Assuming you are going for less than 30 days then there is no need for a visa. Dom Rep arent going to have access to every police force in the UK to check records.
When you apply for your e-ticket from the DomRep there is no question about convictions just about when you will enter/leave, where you are staying and questions about stuff you will be brining into the country.
Presumably the police caution doesnt prohibit you from travelling?0 -
hello there, I recall the officer saying they would be a bit of an issue travelling to the United States, nowhere else was mentioned.0

Dom Rep dont ask such questions as standard. Immigration officers can ask what they like, more or less, and can choose not to let you in but you are going to have to trigger them in some way.1 -
Not my area of expertise (what is?!), but is it a direct flight or via the US? Not sure what impact there might be (if any) if flying through US?0

UK only share details of very serious* offenses, and only after conviction, with the USA, so if you don't tell 'em they won't know.*Those that carry a lengthy prison sentence and terrorism offences. Murder, armed robbery etc.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
