It is for reference, all open plan "studios" with a fridge and a small bathroom, shared kitchens x 2 with cooking facilities and washing machines. 

Sounds a little bit like student accommodation, although that would normally be bills-included.

Hope it's a nice studio, despite the expensive electricity
