IHT 409 help please

Thanks in advance everyone

My Dad had 2 work pensions. One of which was a final salary type and I have had confirmation that there are no post benefits due. Children only so nothing left on that one.

He had a separate draw down type where there is money left in the pot. He died under the age of 75 sadly and it's a discretionary type. Trust based so not part of the estate. The beneficiaries have been notified.

Do I need to include it on IHT409 or just put the details of the final salary one? There doesn't even seem to be the boxes to include more than one anyway

Thanks again everyone
