Almost unheard of - and even if it proceeded to a hearing, Observices signs are awful and I doubt shoppers caught out at St Johns Retail Park would lose.

Hi,
So I have had an email from the DCB legal time saying ' Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us … '
I've already had mediation which proved pointless so not sure if this will be more of the same?
In other news - I have found confirmation of when I updated my address with the DVLA - it confirms it was done in advance of when the ticket was issued - so essentially showing they were sending letters to the wrong address.

Ignore DCB LEGAL, its all part of the mithering process, until they discontinue before shelling out £27 to your local civil court

Hi,
Just to update you. There was further mediation where they asked for around £300 - I said no. They then sent an email offering £100 - again I declined. I then received an email saying the legal firm have been asked to discontinue before the court date which is great!

Jolly good - but we can't count it. You know what we need!

Thank you @TheTig for the copy of your NoD . I can now count your result in the infamous DCBL Legal thread of shame. 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
