Park Leisure Competition Win a Lodge for a Year – Terms and Conditions

Prize details

• 12 months use of a new holiday home at a Park Leisure park.
• Site fee free for 12 months at the park.
• £3000 park credit (only to be used on site)
• Free Wi-Fi for the ownership period.
• All utilities bills and any local rates included (within fair and reasonable use).

Entry requirements

• No purchase necessary
• Entrants must be 18 or over.
• One entry per valid email address.
• Employees of Park Leisure, Park Holidays UK, and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.
• Closing date for entries: 31st March 2026 at midnight.
• Park Leisure reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

Prize conditions

• The draw will take place within one month of the closing date. The winner will be notified by phone/email. If we are unable to contact a winner to award the prize within 14 days of the draw date, the winner forfeits entirely their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The 12-month ownership experience will commence within 4 weeks of notification to winner, or upon signing a Pitch Licence Agreement, whichever occurs first.
• The holiday home will be sited at your choice of Park Leisure park locations subject to availability. Our parks at Sandhills and Plas Coch are excluded from this promotion.
• The 12-month ownership experience has a value of up to £60,000*
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• A standard Wi-Fi package will be provided at no cost for the 12-month period.
• The £3,000 park credit can only be used on site and cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond the term.

Usage terms

• The holiday home is for recreational use only and may not be used as a primary or sole residence.
• Proof of a permanent main residence is required.
• The winner is not permitted to sublet during their ownership period, except for use by friends and family on a non-commercial basis.
• The winner will be required to sign a Pitch License Agreement covering behavioural and other terms for the 12-month period.
• The winner must maintain the holiday home in good conditions with continued use being subject to monthly inspections of the condition of the holiday home.
• The winner will be required to return the holiday home in good condition at the end of the 12-month ownership experience period, subject to fair wear and tear with all inventory items in situ and accounted for. Park Leisure reserves the right to terminate the 12-month ownership experience period prior to the expiry date should the winner breach any of the terms of the standard Pitch License Agreement to which other owners are required to comply.
• Park facilities and season lengths vary by park. The 12-month experience period may include seasonal closure times during which access is restricted.

Marketing conditions

• The winner consents to the publication of their name, likeness in connection with the competition, which may include but is not limited to: use on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials as well as distribution to media outlets for publicity purposes. You agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., video interviews, photo sessions) at our request, with no further compensation or payment to the winner beyond the prize awarded. This promotion is run as part of the Park Holidays UK Limited 'Win a Lodge for a Year Promotion'.
• The promotion will be marketed across multiple channels throughout the promotional period including, but not limited to, our website, paid media and social media.
• The promotion will go live 18/08/25 and run until 31/3/26
