When do i submit the evidence and do you mean that i need to submit photos with dates and does it matter if the dates are recent as i would have to go back there again and take new ones?
How long after submitting a defence do i expect to get a response?

i just thought i would keep you in the loop.I have received the letter from BW Legal and DQ from CNBC and have responded only to the DQ (via email) and ignored the BW legal letter as suggested in the First 8 Steps link:

I have then filled out the DQ as per suggested link and emailed it to CNBC and BWlegal but BWlegal email was not on the letter , only another email to send a agreement of payment plan to , which looked like this disputesolutions@bwlegal.co.uk which i thought was a bit sneaky and eventually looked on the website and found a contact@bwlegal.co.uk email address to send it to. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81302208/#Comment_81302208
