  3. The Defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs (the contract). Various reasons including 40) Parked In A Disabled Space Without Clearly Displaying A Valid Disabled Persons Badge.

3- The Defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs (the contract). Reason: Parked Without A Valid Parking Session.

4- In the alternative the Defendant is pursued as the keeper pursuant to POFA 2012, Schedule 4.

AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS

  1. £160.00 being the total of the PC(s) and damages.

  2. Interest at a rate of 8.00% per annum pursuant to s.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 from the date hereof at a daily rate of £0.02 until judgment or sooner payment.

  3. Costs and court fees.

Background(Vehicle Control Services)
It must have been at least two or three tickets that I ignored (I have always ignored private car parks fines and never had any issues) this is bad I know.

Background(Total Car Parks)
I think for this one I tried to pay but the app kept freezing and I was in a rush so I went to where I needed to be and the machine was not actually working.

I’ve already filed an Acknowledgment of Service online for both

The issue here is I really do not want a CC judgement on my name. I am not in the best place financially but things will improve in the near future. I do not know what to do as there is now two judgments rather than one. I don't mind to pay (by installments if that's an option) so that I don't get anything on my name. I really need your help! Please advise on what to do next.

Thanks in advance.

Follow the advice in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad,  2nd post,  and the defence template thread in announcements,  first 2 posts

There wont be any CCJs for any of them if you follow our advice,  it's not automatic as long as you follow the process correctly for each one

Login to your government gateway account and navigate through to MCOL

Then complete the AOS online on each claim on MCOL first

Then start drafting your defence based on the template defence for each one

Ideally open a second thread for the later claim,  seeing as it's different claimants

You don't have any judgments and never will. Those are not CCJs. Just claim forms.

Do start a new thread for one of them. We need to help you separately for each. We guess they are both signed on the back by Sarah Ensall, so search the forum for Mazur.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
