Attendance allowance - unsure about one question on form

I’m helping a friend apply for attendance allowance on behalf of his wife. She is in a care home and is self funded apart from NHS funded nursing care element. When I look at the form question 47 asks
‘Does a local authority, health authority, education authority or government department give you, or the place you stay, any money towards the cost of your stay?’
as I understand it, this funded nursing care money comes from NHS directly to the care home, but I don’t know whether I should be ticking No or Yes as it isn’t contributing to her stay but her nursing needs - I don’t want there to be any misunderstanding that leads to her not getting the allowance.

My understanding is that because it is paid directly to the care home and there’s no local authority element then she can still claim attendance allowance. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Yes, that’s what I also understand, it’s knowing how to answer that question so it can’t be misinterpreted as her care being paid for. I suppose I can always add a note0

It’s covered in 6.3.3 in here.

So if I understand that correctly, then I should answer No to question 47?0
