Renovation Funds

Hi, We are looking to open a bank account as we have money to pay for house renovation costs. Need to access account and withdraw cash. Ideally joint account, cash back or bonuses would be good but money wont be in the account for long maybe 6 months form opening. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Easy access with small interest (2.9%) without needing a separate saver and has pots - Kroo
Easy access for joint account but needs a separate saver - Starling (we use this, didn't seem to create a link on credit agency)
Good for savings - Santander Edge, linked saver pays 6% up to 4k and you can either have 2 solo or 1 solo 1 joint I believe so 3 between you hence 12k of savings - moving money to the account for withdrawal is easy though why pay physical cash when you can do bank transfer?

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
