Wrong PCN

I tried to pay a PCN but when I went to the company website and put the PCN number it says " Those details doesn't match our record". What shall I do?

Breath a sigh that you didn't fall for their scam, then tell us a bit more detail!2

First step is to check whether you actually have to pay it: oftentimes these PCNs are issued incorrectly and unjustly and there's plenty of advice here on how to go about things.Also, the general advice is to never identify the driver: the PCN is addressed to the keeper of the vehicle, so always respond as "The Keeper" (no "I parked", "we went", "I/we <anything>").2
