Contact seller question.

I have ordered a couple of items from the same seller, from e-bay earlier this month.
The items have not yet arrived and are not showing as "dispatched" either.
Payment for the goods is showing on my CC bill. Payment is less than £100.
In the meantime, NOT saying there is a connection here but, there has been some fraudulent activity on my credit card.
This has been confirmed by my CC company, and the card has been stopped.
If these goods never arrive, how can I be reimbursed given that the card used to pay for them is no longer active?
If I click on the "contact seller" button on ebay, does the seller gain access to my e-mail address or are all communications routed via ebay?
Many thanks.

if items haven't been despatched and are overdue then it sounds like seller may be an issue- and even if you contact them all they can do is refund you via the ebay system back to whatever payment method you used. You would need to speak to the bank regarding receiving refunds back to a closed card.

Meanwhile, open an INR case and get the ball rolling before you run out of time to report an issue .

Any credit does not require authorisation. So payment goes to you old card & will then be transferred to the new card.

So do not worry about refunds.
