"Priority debt" has a really specific meaning ... and parking charges aren't!

    https://www.stepchange.org/debt-info/dealing-with-debt-problems/what-debts-to-pay-first.aspx

    Yet the home page says:

"Our commitment will ensure Priority Debts, such as Parking Debts are paid in full,"

IMHO that is shockingly misleading, and could be reported to the ASA (misleading advertising) and the CMA (misleading action).

You are right, this 'company' is owned by Stuart Cole of Wise Parking:

    https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/16101025/officers

    and their only testimonial:

But nobody has ever reported having a letter from this new DRA ... and even if Wise Parking sent such letters, that's just Wise Parking sending letters to mislead recipients and pretend the case has escalated.

This looks similar to the conduct of Wonga, which was referred to MET police before they folded. They used to send letters on alternative letter-heading, to lie that a case had been escalated to a third party.

Premier Park tried the exact same scam a few years ago, and so did HX Parking.

    Do the regulars remember:

'PP Legal' (really Premier Park) and

    'ADR LEGAL' (HX Parking)

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Isn't that the fake firm we laughed at because it is set up by Wise Parking and has a misleading 'review' on its website? Chortle...

Of course you aren't paying the scam!

That’s some going. They’ve been in business less than 12 months! 😂

I think HMRC might be interested in that level of revenue being generated in such a short period.
