Directions Questionnaire

After finally replying to my defence on the last day available, the parking company sent a Directions Questionnaire on 21 September. Do I have to wait for the Court to send me my Directions Questionnaire, or should I go ahead and find a blank form to complete? The MCOL has not yet told me the next step. Will it update in due course? Thanks.
