Hi everyone,

My son had my vehicle for an airport drop off. I recieved a PCN for that day stating he left without paying. I read the sticky thread on here and other threads and appealed to NSL stating I did not have provide the drivers name as I am only the registered keeper. I did not name who the driver was. Stated the usual reasons that it is not relevant land and the PCN isn’t POFA compliant. As suspected they’ve rejected it. I’ve attached an image of the rejection. Needed some help appealing. I wanted to know what’s the latest with the complaint against NSL for continuing to trying to get registered keepers liable for airports?

I was just going to copy and paste @Coupon-mad response to POPLA appeal here:

any help would be much appreciated.

Depends if NSL are still trying the trick of claiming keeper liability. Are they?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have to spell out why it isnt relevant land and evidence it.

So, I see they are still lying about the POFA in rejection letters.

I actually meant show both sides of the NTK.
