Sky TV, Netflix+ sports for £35

We cancelled Sky q a year ago after years of membership. OH has sports via NOW TV and I just pay a basic netflix monthly PAYG
I do miss the odd sky Atlantic programmes but we were managing with £32 a month total cost compared to over £60 we were paying originally for Sky Q
The £35 /month deal actually seems a pretty good deal but the only snag is 2 year contract and that sky will put the prices up in April .
Wonder what others think

Presumably this is for Sky Stream? If it also includes HD seems good deal to me.0

Just buy a Now Entertainment pack and that'll give you Sky Atlantic. It just adds to your existing account.https://www.nowtv.com/ie/help/article/entertainment-membership - £9.99 a month no contract. If you end up on a deal and cancel when it runs out you'll almost certainly get a retention deal at a lower price.0

That doesn't include the sport which is £26 a month. So if bought separately £26 + 9.99 + 6 adds up a lot moreNeil_Jones said:Just buy a Now Entertainment pack and that'll give you Sky Atlantic. We currently have the sports from Now at £26 a month plus £6 netflix. So a couple more £ we can get sky entertainment and sky sports via sky is much better than now sky sports as you can pause live TV and watch more games0

Does the Sky offer include the channel they air their new series on?0

I never said Entertainment Pack included the sport, what I said was it will give you Sky Atlantic at a cheaper price - without the faff of having Sky installed..paul2louise said:We currently have the sports from Now at £26 a month plus £6 netflix. You get exactly the same games/streams on Now as you do on Sky Q.And you can pause on Now to a certain extent, up to 4hrs:With respect it sounds like you're fishing for an excuse to go back to Sky to gain features you don't seem to be aware that you already have. Your initial want for Sky Atlantic you can fix in two seconds by buying a separate pack, and while you can bundle Netflix with Sky, you also said you weren't keen on a new two year contract either. it sounds like you don't need to do anything else. Now quite often knock out good retention deals if you go to cancel the packages on the website. £20 for sports is a common one for six months, and half price entertainment/cinema as well for six months. So if budget is your main concern then if you can get the right offers you can have everything you want for what you're paying already.

I have been happy enough with the £26 for sport and £6 for netflix. I do miss the odd sky programme but wasn't prepared to pay over £50 for old system. It just seemed a good deal f ok r £35 to have sport sky and Netflix which separately cost more on Now. I know Now offers the flexibility.Neil_Jones said:I never said Entertainment Pack included the sport, what I said was it will give you Sky Atlantic at a cheaper price - without the faff of having Sky installed..paul2louise said:We currently have the sports from Now at £26 a month plus £6 netflix.
