This promotion is being run by Snug Windows and Doors a brand of Emplas Window Systems Limited, a company registered in England with company number 01882731, address Huxley Close, Park Farm South, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 6AB 
Promotion Period: 
Enter 7:30 22/09/2025 to 23:59 22/12/2025. All promotion entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be included in the promotion. 
The promotion is open to residents within England and Wales only, aged 16 years or over only, except:  
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;  
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration;  
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 
To enter:
Entry must be made via the GetSnug website (https://www.getsnug.co.uk/win-a-door ). To enter, entrants must complete all of the information requested on the entry form. 
You may enter a maximum of once per person during the Promotion Period. 
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The competition is open for new and existing customers, but entry must be made via the website.  
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Entrants failing to supply accurate information with their entry. 
By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.   
Prize:
1 x Snug ORiGINAL Composite Door, frame, ancillaries and fitting 
Prize delivery is available to one address within England and Wales only, is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available. 
There will be 1 Winner only. 
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the Winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance, delivery or installation of their prize. 
Further Prize Conditions: 
The Prize comprises one single Snug ORiGINAL Composite Door, frame and ancillaries plus fitting by a Snug Approved Installer. This includes removal of old hardware. 
The Prize is subject to availability.  If any of elements of the Prize specification are unavailable, an alternative specification of equal value will be offered.   
(Upon acceptance of the Prize) The Snug Approved Installer will require access to the property where the Prize will be installed to conduct a survey of the installation location, take measurements and finalise Prize specification (design, colour and hardware selection).  With all details of the Prize confirmed, an installation date will be arranged with the Winner. 
If the Snug Approved Installer is unable to conduct the survey, take measurements or finalise the Prize specification for any reason then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability. 
If the site survey concludes that the installation location is not suitable for the Prize installation for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability. 
If there are unforeseen delays to the delivery of all components of the Prize then the agreed Prize installation date may be amended.   The Winner must be available at the installation location on the agreed installation date. If the Winner is unavailable at the location on the agreed date then an alternative date must be agreed. If an alternative date cannot be agreed within 6 months of the original agreed date, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability. 
Winner Selection:
All valid entries received will be submitted into a random prize draw. A winner will be randomly selected from all entries on The Draw Date 22/12/2025. 
Winner Notification:  
The Winner will be contacted on email by the organiser within 5 working days of the Draw Date only. If the Promoter does not receive acceptance of the Prize from the Winner within 2 weeks, a new winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
Winner Acceptance:  
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries that were received before the Closing Date. 
The Winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. If the Winner(s) does not want their name to be published, they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize. I get a circle with an exclamation mark by my address when I try to submit but no clues as to why. I'm guessing the form isn't loading properly

My entry went through fine - using Chrome in Android - although I did use the 'Enter Manually' for my address as it doesn't come up using postcode.

Thank you. My mistake I didn't realise the "enter address manually " actually clicked to a drop down and had tried to enter my address, er, manually. It had been a long day
