NS&I login problems

For years now, I have had trouble logging in to NS&I. They suspend my logging in, so I have to go online and change my password. Problem is, that does not work. I am asked to enter a Hash Key, which never works. Every time I change my password, it stops working the next time I need to enter money into my saving account. It seems I can't talk to someone. I go through this same thing every year. I am wondering if I should go somewhere else to save my money. I am really !!!!!! with NS&I.

Have you 2 factor authentication set up? Also there is an NS&I page about resetting your details which goes above resetting your password. This may help but I've personally never had to use it. Have a look with the following link and the "Still Having Trouble?" option.
