Railway land to become relevant land. This was mooted ages ago but I just stumbled on the draft POFA amendment 2025:

Another set of new signs needed!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Unbelievable. Does this mean the Train Operators lose the right to clamp and remove vehicles ? Can they really have it both ways ?2

You would have thought they should have sorted out the mess in the Private Parking Industry first, and as it says:
".........car parking industry trade groups and other stakeholders showed support for the change".This should raise a red flag to the whole thing!

Personally I think it'll bring consistency and will ban clamping in railway car parks which is a good thing. We have nothing to fear from the usual unfair POFA PCNs arising from the usual crap signage!
I literally stumbled on this draft legislation and Parliamentary publication last night when googling for something else.
I know nothing more than it says there.
I was not consulted BTW!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
