Ramblers
Man-made on top of a hill, where echoes are plenty, but the water is still. A famous poet lived nearby, and compared his loneliness to clouds in the sky. Where is it?

suggested subject: Where was I? Autumn 2025
answer = Rydal Cave, Lake District
(Rydal Cave is man made in a former slate quarry on Loughrigg Fell. You enter the cave on stepping stones through a shallow pond. The poet is Wordsworth who lived in Grasmere - about a mile to the the North West)
