That depends on your contract of employment, but I would be raising this with HR.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Check your contract - does it specifically refer only to fines, as opposed to parking scammer invoices?3

Step1, you need to find out exactly what these relate toStep2: if its a mix of council/local authority issued tickets and private parking company issued tickets you will need to sort them out..Do not refer to any of them as fines, until you know what you have, this is particularly important when dealing with your company - many people think that private parking charges are fines and penalties, and this includes those who should know better, refer to them as parking tickets until you have seen what they are for.£350 is a lot of money, so they must be able to fully justify that amount and detail what exactly its for, they can not say its just a lump sum for "fines" you will need to find out what exactly each and every one is forOnce you have done that you need to post back here - do not identify, or attempt to guess as to who could have been driving on any occasionIn the meantime you need to check the terms for the use of the vehicle, and if its from a leasing company ( if so which) or a private arrangement with your workplace and post them on here.Unitl you provide the correct information (without guessing as to who could have been driving, or dropping any clues as to that could have been) any furhter "help" from this board will be just speculative and a possible waste of timeFrom the Plain Language Commission:

A company cannot make unauthorised deductions from your salary unless required by law, or you have it in your contract that you have signed and agreed to, if you signed a company car agreement check the specific wording around charges and fines. They have just taken the quick easy route, they obviously cannot do this with speeding tickets but with parking they just do it.4

As mentioned I'd check your Terms and Conditions, ask the company where this policy is and see an employment law specialist. There was no need for them to pay and deduct you when you were offering to transfer liability from them.2
