'Green for Go' Seasons Holiday

Hi I hope someone can help.
I have 'won' a Green for Go Seasons holiday worth £2950.
You have to pay a yearly subscription of £302. It is a weeks holiday for 4 people and this year as an introductory they are offering any week including school hols. Plus a mini break in the UK if you choose to take it for about £40 per unit.(not per person)
Is anyone a member, been a member, or any feed back that could help.
Am I being a goffer, is it a scam?. The properties look good quality and I though it could be a good deal.
 Thanks for any help

I won this too. I uhmmed and ahhed about it for a couple of months. They then offered me a break at one of their resorts with absolutely no strings attached so I could get a first hand taste of what I could expect once I had signed on the dotted line.

I even declined this, and the offer lapsed. I don't feel any great loss however.
