Royal Mail Tracking and Delivery Issues

I have recenlty had three tracked and one untracked letter not be delivered after about 2 weeks. The purchases were done around the 12th and 14th September 2025.  One used Tracked 48 and the others 2nd class tracked I believe. They are all trackable online.

The tracked items showed up on the Royal Mail online tracker as being received and at a depot, They are very delayed now and I can't give people feedback on the ones that I bought as ebay items, if I haven't received my post, yet Royal Mail says it has them on the tracker. 

I phoned Royal Mail on 03457 740 740 and it was 36 minutes according to the time on my phone to get through. They said two were lost, at Gatwick maybe behind the machines or something. I feel bad about asking for refunds from sellers when it shows they posted them. The third tracked item not delivered I phoned Royal Mail about again and they said it could be stuck at Gatwick, but they can't help me any further. 

What do I do in this instance? I don't seem to be getting any post. Saw some neighbours today and they haven't had any post either. 

Any help as to how to approch this with Royal Mail much appreciated. I posted myself a parcel to my own address today with Royal Mail Tracked 48 in my local post office and even that says it is awaiting despatch from the sender- which was me in a physical post office.

All you can do is take it up with who you bought them from. They are the ones that can chase with RM. Not you

Thanks. As a last resort, I went to my local depot and they have lots of my mail. They have no postal delivery workers in at least one south east area, so they had a load of my post and shop catalogues where they hadn't delivered my post for a good while. I am still missing one tracked item and I will contact the sender about that, Many thanks. If i don't receive the 2 letters I sent myself- I will claim for those myself and will not bother picking them up if they don't leave a card, as I am not paid to deliver post:)
