Promoter

The Promoter of the Norse Atlantic Airways “Win a trip of dreams to Thailand” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is Norse Atlantic UK Ltd, Astral Towers, Betts Way, Crawley, RH10 9XA (“Promoter”).

Entry period

The Prize Draw begins on 26 September 2025 at 00:00:01 a.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1) and ends on 8 October 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1) (the “Entry Period”).

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to current legal residents of the United Kingdom who, at the time of Entry, are at least 18 years old and hold a valid passport and any required visas or travel documentation necessary for travel between the United Kingdom and the chosen Norse destination.

The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Promoter, or of any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw Entities”) and their immediate family members and those living in their household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Immediate family members include spouse, parent (including stepparents), children, siblings, half siblings, and all their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

How to enter

During the Entry Period, navigate to Norse Atlantic Airways competition page and enter by providing your full name, plus your complete and accurate email address and by ticking the “I want to join the competition, confirm that I am a UK resident above 18 years of age, and agree to the terms and conditions and understand that my personal data will be used to process my entry” box (“Entry”).

Entry limit

Limit of one (1) Entry per person.

Agreement to rules and indemnity

Entrants agree to comply with the Official Rules and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Selection and notification of winners

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or around 10 October 2025 from all eligible entries. The winner must respond within five (5) days to the notification email sent to the email address provided in their Entry, or a new winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be announced on the competition page a few days later.

The prize

One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of either

• Two (2) roundtrip flight tickets from London Gatwick to Bangkok, flying in Norse Premium.

• Four (4) roundtrip flight tickets from London Gatwick to Bangkok, flying in Norse Economy.

Prize Conditions:

• Travel completion deadline: Travel must be completed by 31 March 2026. Certain blackout dates apply—these are peak periods (such as major holidays) during which travel is not permitted under this promotion. These dates are determined solely by Norse Atlantic Airways and may change without notice.

• Passport and visa requirements: The Winner and their guests must each hold a valid passport and secure any required visas or travel documentation necessary for travel.

• Flight availability: Flights are subject to seat availability on the selected dates and destination. Norse Atlantic Airways will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Winner’s preferred dates, but cannot guarantee availability for all requests.

• Additional expenses: All other expenses, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation to/from airports, food, activities, and insurance, are the responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise specified.

Data protection and publicity

Promoter may use the Prize Draw for publicity purposes in any media without identifying the Winner or any Entrant. All Personal information collected by Promoter is governed by the terms of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Subject to the Winner providing their consent following receipt of the Winner Notification, the Prize Draw Entities and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns may, where permitted by law, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed the Winner’s name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Prize Draw, and biographical information for all legal purposes including announcements on Promoter’s and Prize Draw Entities’ social media and web pages.

The Promoter reserves the right to use, reproduce, and share any photographs, videos, or other content created by the Winner or by the Promoter in connection with the Prize, including before, during, and after travel, for promotional and marketing purposes across any media, without additional compensation or approval, where permitted by law.

Disqualification and general provisions

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, or due to the requirements of any platform(s) through which the Prize Draw operates or Entries are received. In such case, the Promoter may select the Winner from eligible, non-suspect Entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter, if appropriate. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to void Entries and/or permanently disqualify from this Prize Draw any person it believes has violated these Official Rules, is not eligible to participate, who has provided false information, has or intends to act in a harassing or unsportsmanlike manner with respect to Promoter, any Prize Draw Entity, or any Entrant, or tampered with the operation of the Prize Draw, including by hacking, attempting to participate via multiple accounts, using any bot or other automatic means to affect participation in or operation of the Prize Draw, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw. Promoter’s decisions as to all issues, including eligibility/disqualification, shall be final. If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision will be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render the same valid and enforceable and these Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law as if such provision had been originally incorporated herein as so modified or restricted, or as if such provision had not been originally incorporated herein, as the case may be.

Limitation of liability

The Prize Draw is subject to these Official Rules. In so far as is permitted by law, Promoter and Prize Draw Entities and any of their attorneys, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Parties”) will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. Your statutory rights are not affected. All decisions of Promoter are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Prize Draw or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Rules are governed by English law.
