Meerkat rewards & energy switching

First off - absolutely no idea where on this board to ask this so since it was an energy switch that started it, I'll ask on the energy forum.
I switched to Fuse, not because of this offer but when I went via CtM it said it was eligible for Meerkat rewards.
Switch has since completed - last week. I went in to my account to see if I could see what these rewards are & it doesn't look like there is any.
How do you go about seeing what the rewards are (& then using them)?

I’ve had mixed results with the rewards. First time it was cheap cinema tickets or 25% off meals, things like that.
Second time I used them and was allegedly eligible for rewards. I never got them. To be honest, I was never bothered enough to try and find out why or what I'd done wrong.
Have you downloaded and checked on the app? That’s where my Confused.com rewards sit, rather than on the website.Fairly sure I’ve had emails telling me about any rewards I am owed, with both of them. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
No haven't tried the app. Assumed they'd show in my account when I logged in on my PC.
It also wasn't clear what I'd be getting. It just mentioned rewards & gave a list so I was left wondering whether I'm getting them all (which I thought would be quite good but also too good - and therefore unlikely) or a few or just one.0 -
Are you 100% sure you went via CtM to do the switch?
From memory, a lot of the cheaper providers are on there but you need to go direct to them to move to them, thus cutting CtM out completely.0 -
