LOVEHOL-DOM

I saw a post on your website and faced similar issues with the same merchant, LOVEHOL-DOM.
As the post mentioned, I am in a similar situation. On 22nd July, LOVEHOL-DOM made three transactions on my HSBC credit card: one for £0.30 and two for £750 each. (None of these transactions required OTP verification or triggered a bank fraud alert.)
On 24th July, I noticed these charges on my statement and immediately informed the bank. However, the bank is now saying that LOVEHOL-DOM transactions are confirmed as authorized by me, and I need to contact the merchant directly. The bank has not provided any contact email or phone number for the merchant. Apart from posts on your website, I could not find any other contact information online.
for the last two month i have called multiple time to fraud investigation team of HSBC but not much luck other then 75 pound compensation
this merchant have no contact information on google ,I have no idea what else i should do
I am trying to understand what further options are available for me to take action.

Banks do not hold any contact details for retailers.
Best guess would be a trial purchase.
So have a look at what you were doing online or on phone around the time of transactions.
HSBC will be able to give you the exact time of transactions.Life in the slow lane0 -
Yes, that is the only post containing information about LOVEHOL-DOM. I have already posted a comment there, asking whether the individual who reported in June might be able to provide advice. To gather more details, I also created a new chat for further assistance.0

an unauthorised transaction on your credit card - have you raised a proper formal complaint with hsbc?
If not do so.
After 8 weeks ask for a deadlock.letter and go to the ombudsman. hsbc should refund unauthorised transactions.0 -

You don't actually need a formal deadlock letter to go to the ombudsman just the passage of eight weeks - although asking HSBC for one might spur them into action
You're complaint is there was an authorised activity on your credit card and HSBC have failed to refund you. Keep it simple.0
