Popla aside, don't be paying.
Euro cases all end up with DCB Legal, who make court claims and then discontinue.
I would never bother with Popla with this lot because it's less work to defend a balsa wood court claim from DCB Legal.

Thank you so much Frank for showing this, I have copied and pasted it on the POPLA decision page. My apologies everyone I assumed when you said paragraphs it was the exact format in which it was sent (i.e 2 paragraphs) with breaks in between these 2!! Thank you all for your patients. Now I have had a letter from Debt Recovery Plus for urgent payment by 23/10 2025 and is threatening that CCJ can be issued against me. I'll be abroad for a few weeks from tomorrow, if they do send court documents how long does this normally take? I don't want to miss replying back and requesting a hearing. Thank you all again.0

Oh you have nothing to worry about , probably get a court claim in 6 months to 2 years1
