Hive2 clock always 20 minutes late

Hi,
My hive2 doesn't really accept that it's always 20 minutes late.
I've set the right time 5 different times and in a matter of seconds it always went back to the wrong time.
Is anyone else having this problem? It's really irritating.
Thanks

Google Ai says:The Hive thermostat gets its time by syncing with the internet time through the Hive Hub and its connection to your broadband router. Changes to the time, such as during Daylight Saving Time, are handled automatically via the Hive app, which relies on your phone's system time to manage schedules. If the thermostat display is incorrect, pressing any button on the thermostat can sometimes trigger an automatic update. How the time is syncedInternet Time Sync: The Hub syncs with internet time servers to get the accurate time. Thermostat Communication: The Hub then communicates with the thermostat to ensure it has the correct time.
- Hive Hub: The Hive Hub is a central device that connects to your internet router.

Do you have it connected to the Hive App? If so, that error would be surprising.0 -
NO, I've never connected it to any app.
I don't even know if there's a hive hub.
The only other component is a white box just beside the boiler

The only other component is a white box just beside the boilerI suspect you may have an early model 'stat that might not be compatible with Hubs, so could you remove it from the wall as if to replace the batteries, and not the model number, please - a photo is good.(Actually, Hive 2 is quite recent, I think, so should be good to hubby.)If it is compatible, the good news is that Hive hubs (most, at least) are now resettable for new owners, and are cheap to buy 2nd hand (I sold one recently for a £enner).
The actual App is free, and you won't believe how useful it is. Worth doing, if you can.1 -
I'm away this week, but I'll let you know. Thanks2
