Ryanair refund when bank account is closed

Ryanair today cancelled my flight for next Easter that we booked in May. Since it was booked the bank account used has been closed and therefore there card it was booked on is dead

I used the chat and followed the customer services advice to move the refund to my card assuming stupidly as I’d explained the situation that I could change the card details - nope they are now going to send it to a dead account.

I was told to raise a ticket on the app which I’ve done and they just told me to follow the instructions on the email. Which I can’t do. I do not want £1100 sitting in my Ryanair wallet as they don’t seem to be flying to my destination any more I want the refund I’m entitled to as we have had to spend it booking with another airline! I’ve told them again that the card is dead and account closed and that I want a cash refund

Any advice on this gratefully received.
