I've no idea, I don't think it's necessarily price as it's across a wide range of prices. Though ours is 3 bed and we're looking at 3 beds. I think it's just quiet, but may be the upcoming budget, or we are expecting quite a lot of new builds in our area could be that?ReadySteadyPop said:
