I think things have changed, we have our house on the market but not had any offers. Agents have all been happy to let us view, one agent said they reserve Saturdays for proceedable buyers.
Very little in our area is selling at the moment, so I don't think the agents have much choice.

What is the reason for that do you think?

I've no idea, I don't think it's necessarily price as it's across a wide range of prices. Though ours is 3 bed and we're looking at 3 beds. I think it's just quiet, but may be the upcoming budget, or we are expecting quite a lot of new builds in our area could be that?
