My car just had an mot/service. It's a 14/15 year old corsa They gave an advisory on their app (but not the MOT cert) - ''oil pressure sensor snapped in plug, needs replaced and wiring repair''. How many successful claims have you made against that warranty, in the dozen years since your normal manufacturer warranty expired?

What would it have cost to repair those issues at non-dealer rates?
How much extra has using the dealer cost you over those years?
