Yes I did have a reply and meant to say on here but forgot, it was kind of a bog standard reply saying that things had been put in place to protect him with extra care and an advocate etc, the only reason he got the advocate is because I kicked up such a fuss ! So not hugely helpful but at least I have bought it to their attention in case anything does happen xx
