Can you get BB without disability benefits?

Indeed, my mother would never believe me when I told her I needed to check! 

Also some insist you are parked in a Disabled Bay rather than just anywhere.

And the restrictions vary from place to place. We have a caravan in Wales and, luckily looked up what is allowed/disallowed. One county allowed yellow line parking on the main street, but the one nextdoor, said you had to use the free spaces on a nearby carpark.
