Card to use abroad / Account to buy BTC

When I was abroad I used my Nat West debit card quite a bit. More than one person recommended using a certain other card as there were no exchange fees (plus other benefits - I forget!).
I can't remember the name of the bank/ Card. It was from an unusual bank (online only maybe?) but I'd heard of it.
I think it was one of the following:
Currentsea
Monza
Revolut
Chase.
I'm not sure of the card was acting as a credit card or debit card or even pre-paid (it doesn't really matter). The thing is, I need to buy some Crypto (I have a reason, it's not for investment) and instead of opening an eToro account (for example) and another account with the card, I thought it would be better to open one account, buy some Crypto and get a card to use abroad.
The question is, which bank do I need?
I hope this isn't confusing.
Open account, buy Crypto get a card to use abroad. I don't want to use the card to spend Crypto, just Sterling or Euros.
Many Thanks.
EDIT:
If it isn't possible, is there a card I would be better of using abroad instead of my Natwest debit?

I can't comment on crypto other than to say if I was buying it I wouldn't use an account that I need for other purposes due to the risk of it being frozen. For travel spending read this:
