Not recieved cashback from very.co.uk

I placed an order 26 days ago with a spend 100 get 50 pounds refunded instantly promotion Ithey accepted this promotion is valid i placed the order recieved the good but they haven't paid the money back to me it shows as refunded on 29th August on the very app and customer services say the refund has been processed but there's a known issue so I haven't recieved it and they cant give me any more Info like when I will receive it I have asked to escalate the call and they refused what are my rights here

Where does it get refunded to?
If they have a known issue, then it will come once issue is fixed.

It's OK saying that but it's been 26 days to transfer money owed to me this is an issue so where do I stand do they have a defined time before there in breach of contract of can they just keep telling me it's a known issue and I can't do anything about it

Do the terms and conditions of the offer say it will be paid within a set time?

Yes when the goods are dispatched which was on the 29th of August and it shows the funds were paid to me on that date but it hasn't been sent to my PayPal account
