Naked Wines - no fuss response

I recently ordered a nice case of wine where I selected the 12 bottles myself from Naked Wines.
When the case arrived I opened it to find a completely different set of wines.
I phoned them, and there was no fuss - they told me it was probably just a mislabelling in the warehouse, told me to help myself to a bottle from the case they had delivered, leave the box outside my front door, and the next day it was replaced with what I had ordered.
No fuss or argument whatsoever.
I'm a happy customer.

I've always found them very helpful. On one occasion I had an absolute brain freeze and ordered a case to arrive on a specific day - but I got the day wrong.
