Does anyone know if you can have two (individual) of the above? I'm assuming not!
First one opened in May with no switch offer available. No DD's.
Email received offering switch, including into existing Flexdirect.
I followed the process outlined in the email exactly, but they have opened a second Flexdirect.
Wondering if it ok to keep both to benefit from the 5% on both and cashback on both?
If not, I'll close the first one.

According to their website it states you can have up to 4 accounts (sole name or joint) but you won't bet cash back or interest on the second sole or joint name account.
