ebay simple delivery refunds not received

Is anyone else struggling to get refunds for unused simple delivery labels?
These are items I have sold with me (seller) paying postage.
I now have over £30 outstanding in refunds due that are all over 30 days.
Mostly items that were sold and paid for but the buyers then requested a cancellation.
Plus a couple where the buyers collected the item in person but choose the free postage option at checkout.
I have filled in independent claim forms for each of these items.

As for the collection ones- I wouldn't rely on continuing to get the money for the labels refunded as I have warned in the past, this looks like a work round a compulsory scheme- and even now they only say a refund 'may' be issued, there is no guarantee. For items that can be collected, stick to your guns, if you offer post or collection and buyer chooses the wrong one, get them to request a cancellation and re buy. Don't let buyers mess you around.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The sales page just shows the order earnings as a negative balance and no refunds in my funds either.
The first couple of times (with sd) I did as you say, canceled the sales and got them to repurchase selecting collection at checkout.
But, I never got refunded for the postage they charged me on those canceled orders either so it seemed pointless of going through the hassle on the next ones! (I'm aware of the risks involved allowing a postage item to be collected)0
