Rent to landlord, typical waiting via letting agent

Yes, often it's in the contract, but typically, any LL's here, how long, how many working days do you
wait to see your share of the rent in your bank account when the rent comes via a letting agent

I'm assuming the rent is received by the letting agent on the day due or before if it's the weekend.

I see no reason why a letting agent can't pay the LL the next working day from the receipt of the rent.

I see no reason why a letting agent can't pay the LL the next working day from the receipt of the rent.

Tenants generally pay rent by standing order which means that if the rent payment date falls at the weekend or a bank holiday the payment is made after the rent payment date.  I usually receive the rent via the letting agent a few working days after the letting agent must have received it.  I also receive an account statement the same day as I receive the money in my account.

I answered the question above.  A few working days after the letting agent receives the money.
