Has anyone any experience of early termination with Tusker. Our contract with our client is due to expire 2025/26.

Im in a postion where i have been offered a new job different company and am looking to avoid costly ETC's.

My salary sacrifice ends nov 2026.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

There is no single answer, it depends heavily on the arrangement between Tusker and your employer plus what your employer intends to do with the vehicle on your termination. It can be there are no ETCs as either thats the agreement or they just give the car to someone else or it can be there are significant termination fees.

As above.  We have the apparently generous policy of charging 'no more than your final month's salary' if you resign... which in practical terms could mean around 22 months worth of payments on a small EV.

    Tusker say this

“We work with employers to offer a range of lifestyle protections should an employees’ circumstances change such as maternity or paternity leave, redundancy, resignation and long-term sickness so that there are no early termination fees due. If you have a Tusker car with us through a salary sacrifice scheme, please check your scheme policy to understand what is and isn’t included”

So obviously you need to read the scheme policy.

It might also be possible for your new employer to take on the lease.

You need to check T/C of the SS agreement.
As once you leave your current employment the car has to be handed back. So you need to find out if there are any penalties for doing this.
