BT WiFi disk non-return charge £50
Comments

BT have just requested the disc or £50 from me. If they ever sent a disc it would have been 8 years ago and of no use to me as I don't have anything to play a disc. They have been taking £106 a month from me for far too long for very little as I'm a 78 year old who lives alone and I've never used any of the services to any great extent. I will try to get an answer from them regarding when this disc might have been sent and what it might have been for but from what has been written so far I will probably just have to pay.0

The WiFi disc referred to in the title is a WiFi extender. Its a piece of equipment which you plug in and which improves WiFi (wireless) coverage in your property. Its not something that you play.1

You can see what one looks like here on the BT website. They also came in a black colour depending on the model you got sent.
