Tesco horizon parking

Good afternoon folks
I've just received a parking fine from horizon, saying I have parked in a disabled bay, at tesco I recall the day I visited as I was rushing to desperately use a toilet due to a medical condition.
I have been sent a couple of pics that show my car number plate and front windscreen but no pic of the actual disabled bay. There is no traffic officer name or id no the notice.
I was still unaware I was in a disabled bay when I returned, any help with this would be appreciated.
Regards
Hugo

Can you go and get photos showing a lack of signs and markings? That can win at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's not a fine, just an invoice. My first action would be to go to the Tesco, assuming it's local, and ask them to get the invoice cancelled. Get the name and position of whomever you talk to assuming they say they'll do this for you - might be needed later if things don't go according to plan. If you get any push back you might try telling them that they and their parking enforcers are in breach of disability discrimination given that it was a medical emergency that had you parking at that particular spot. (i.e. had to rush to the loo before being able to do your shopping that day)

Hi
I'll probably be down that way again next tues or Wed to ask at customer service and take any pics.
Do I appeal immediately, to avoid increased fine.
Not sure exact spot i was parked though, my major concern is that their pics don't show any displayed signs etc

Errr.. to 'avoid increased fine'? No!
You don't have a fine.
The first 14 days is totally irrelevant. Not a deadline you care about. You have 28 days to appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
